Y. M. C. A. TO BE SOLD

Since the Y. M. C. A. has ceased to function as a community affair, and the 
indebtedness must be paid at once, the building is going to be sold at a 
sacrifice price within a few days.  

It has been demonstrated that to continue the use of the building for the 
purpose in which it was built, is too heavy a drain on the community, hence it 
has practically stood idle for several years as a monument of poor judgment.  
The building and the lot of which it stands is quite a valuable piece of 
property if put to some practical use, but is has ceased to function as a Y. M. 
C. A., and the opportunity is now open to some individual, or the community to 
obtain a bargain at less than half price.  

With the number of secret and social organizations in Payette that require a 
home or a meeting place, it would seem the opportunity should not go begging.
