Death of J. N. Allum

J. N. Allum, known in Payette in connection with the Allum & Copley barber 
shop, died Saturday, April 8, at Kellog, Ia., of consumption. The deceased 
retuned to Iowa from Payette during last November and had been in very poor 
health for a long time. He was a brother of Mrs. S. D. Copley of this city and 
Mrs. W. E. Hill who resides on the bench. Both of his parents are living and 
his mother visited here last summer returning to Iowa with him. He was about 
42 years of age and leaves a little daughter.
