Otis Barngrover, 68, Former Resident Dies

Word was received here this week that a former Payette resident Otis 
Barngrover, 68, of Hamilton, Kansas, died January 27 in New Rochelle, New York 
while visiting his daughter Anna Faye Volkman there.
Besides his daughter he is survived by his wife Alma and two grandchildren.  He 
was a brother-in-law of A. C. Brown of Payette.
Funeral services for Mr. Barngrover were held in Hamilton, Kan. Saturday.
