Fruitland Man Dies in Crash

LaGRANDE, Ore. (UPI) Emerson Paul Bingaman, 62, Fruitland, Idaho was killed 
Wednesday when he was struck by a truck while working on a constuction project 
on Interstate 80N six miles west of here.

State police said the eastbound truck was driven by Ralph James Stubbs, 
Hermiston. Bingaman was employed by K.C. Compton Construction, Co.
