Drowning At Payette
 
Boy Goes Wading In Snake River and Gets Beyond His Depth
 
Payette, Sept. 9 -- The sad news had just reached here of the drowning of 
little Peter Boutin in the Snake river near the railroad bridge today.  The 
body has been recovered.  Peter and a smaller companion were wading in the 
river and without any warning the former went down in a place 13 feet deep.
