Brown Dies At Emmett EMMETT-Jennie F. Brown, 81, died early this morning at Mary Secor hospital after a short illness. Born in Union, Neb., Oct. 12, 1866, she resided there until her marriage to William T. Brown April 1, 1890 in Ohiawa, Neb. They engaged in farming in Ohiawa until coming to Blackfoot in 1904. She was a resident of Blackfoot until moving to Gem county two years ago. She has been living with her daughter, Mrs. Rhea Tucker at her home on the south slope. Her husband preceded her in death July 27, 1934 in Blackfoot. She is survived by a son, James T. Brown of Payette; two daughters, Mrs. Rhea Tucker of Emmett and Mrs. Alma Obershaw of Blackfoot; a brother, William Tucker of Monteca, Cal.; 13 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Brown will be remembered by many in Payette, as she lived here from 1938 until 1941. She was a member of Progress Rebekah lodge 48, Blackfoot. Funeral services were held April 20, Blackfoot, Idaho, from Baptist church, Rev. J. J. Frey officiating. Rebekahs had charge of graveside services.
