The church was filled with friends of Miss Butler. She was born and raised in New Plymouth but has been away for three years endeavoring to overcome the dreaded disease, tuberculosis. She is survived by a brother, James. The funeral sermon was preached by Rev. Henry Jacobs. Judge Chapman of Boise, who visited her often in the hospital, spoke briefly eloping her beautiful character. The Rebekah lodge had charge of the service at the cemetery.
