Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Riverside Cemetery, Payette. Pastor Peter Clay of the First Baptist Church, Payette, will officiate, under the direction of Payette Chapel of the Roses. She was born Oct. 16, 1896, Indian Valley, Idaho, a daughter of James and Annie Newman Horn. She had lived in the Ontario area for 70 years. She married Roy Christensen on June 16, 1923, at Emmett. He died Sept. 27, 1983. She was very active member of the First Baptist Church of Payette and helped with the White Breakfast, she joined the church on Nov. 2, 1947. She was also a member of the Auxiliary Veterans of Foreign War Post #3728 of Payette, of which was past president and held many other position of leadership. Survivors include a son, Lyle Stahn of San Diego, Calif.; a brother, Roy Horn of Vancouver, Wash.; a sister, May Horn of Payette; a granddaughter; three great-grandchildren; four adopted grandchildren; and seven adopted great- grandchildren. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Payette Chapel of the Roses. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, Payette.
