Mrs. Cobb Answers the Call

The spirit of Fanny Lyon Cobb took its flight from this earth for the eternal 
realms, Thursday, October 11. She was the wife of Calvin Cobb owner of the 
Statesman, Idaho's great daily and one of Idaho's big men. She died at the 
family residence in Boise. Funeral services, conducted by Rev. J. B. Funsten 
were held Thursday afternoon. The family accompanied the remains to Chicago 
where funeral services will also be held.

Note:  According to the Idaho Death Index, Fanny Hoews Lyon Cobb was born 10-6-
1855 and died 10-11-1917. ch
