Dr. D. S. Cochran, Former Resident, Dies In California
 
The death of Dr. D. S. Cochran, former Payette resident, was reported this 
week from San Francisco, where he has been actively practicing since 1948.
 
Dr. Cochran and his wife were active in Payette civic and social affairs until 
they left the area for California.
 
Mrs. Cochran stated that her husband died August 7.
 
They had married in 1922 in Payette, after Mrs. Cochran had lived here most of 
her life.  She attended Payette grade school and high school and was the 
former Myrtle Chapin.
