Services Held For Former Resident

Mrs. Anna Cornelsen, 88, a former Payette resident, passed away Wednesday at 
her home in Long Beach, Wash. Graveside services were conducted Monday at 2 
p.m. at Riverside cemetery with the Rev. Henry Warber officiating. Services 
were arranged by the Shaffer Memory Chapel.

Mrs. Cornelsen came to Payette in 1902 and resided here until nine years ago 
when she moved to Long Beach. She was preceded in death in 1942 by her 
husband, Herman Cornelsen.

Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Katie Vogt of New Plymouth, Mrs. Alva 
Blayden, Mrs. Ethelyn Hutton and Mrs. Lucille Holtz, all of Long Beach, Wash., 
Mrs. Anna Asmussen of Venice, Calif., Mrs. Munda Johnson of Portland, nine 
grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
