WILLIAM CRANDALL
 
William Crandall, nearly eighty-nine years of age, was buried beside his wife 
Margaret, in Riverside cemetery, Monday, following services at Landon funeral 
home.
 
Crandall had lived in Payette since 1919, and had made his home here with a 
daughter, Mrs. J. M. Conn, during a long period of ill health.
 
He was born in Van Buren county, Iowa, February 9, 1850, and came here from 
Fort Collins, Colorado.
 
Besides Mrs Conn, Crandall is survived by three sons:  W. F., Portland, 
Oregon; E. E., Nyssa, Oregon; and Reuel, Casper, Wyoming.  Four grandchildren 
also survive.
 
The Rev. C. M. Strong of the Payette Baptist church officiated at the services 
Monday at 2:30 p.m.
