S. Dedman, aged 83 years, 1 month and 23 days, died suddenly at his home in Weiser Sunday morning from the effects of a dose of carbolic acid taken by mistake. He was one of the oldest Masons of the Pacific coast country and was buried Monday afternoon by the Masonic lodge at Weiser, of which he was a member, the ceremonies being conducted by Grand Master of Idaho Masons D. C. Chase of Payette. Deceased was the step father of Mrs. R. Wackerhagen of this city.
