Driscoll died in Boise Friday after a long illness. She was state president of the Idaho state assembly of Rebekahs in 1914 and 1915, state president of the American Legion auxiliary in 1921 and 1922 and was a past worthy matron of the Order of Eastern Star. Born Nov. 17, 1861, in Spring Garden, Ill., Mrs. Driscoll came to Idaho in 1879 with her parents. She settled at Weiser and Payette, where she spent most of her life. Surviving her are a sister, Mrs. Belle Mitchell of Medford, Ore., three daughters, Miss Eda Gorrie, Rochester, N. Y.; Mrs Lela D. Painter, Boise, and Mrs. Helen B. Harland, Caldwell; three sons, Walter E. Gorrie, Deary; Edwin U. (Ted) Driscoll, Boise, and Kelso, Wash., and Maj. Thomas P. Driscoll, Napier Field, Ala. Services are to be held at the McBratney chapel at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Weiser.
