Dunn Services Set Thursday NEW PLYMOUTH-Funeral services will be held today (Thursday) at 2 p.m. at the New Plymouth Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel for Elmer C. Dunn, 77, New Plymouth, who died Monday at an Ontario Hospital. Born May 26, 1890, at Hazel, Ky., he came to Parma in 1919 and farmed in the Parma and Donnelly areas. Later he lived at Notus for 10 years. He married Ruby E. Wise at Nampa, in December of 1945. Mr. Dunn retired from farming and came in 1960 to New Plymouth, where he had lived since. He was a member of the Baptist church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles of Parma. Surviving are his wife, Ruby, New Plymouth; two daughters, Mrs. Alma Lee Redin of Parma and Mrs. Mildred Foster of New Plymouth; two step-sons, Austin Wise of Weiser and Oscar Wise of Florence, Ore.; two step-daughters, Mrs. Britomarte Filley of Boise and Mrs. Wilma Upshaw of Stockton, Calif.; two brothers, Herbert Dunn and Herbert Dunn, both of Murray, Ky.; three sisters, Mrs. Daily Waters of Murray, Ky., Mrs. Iva Thompson of Detroit, Mich., and Mrs. Juanita Lax of Puryear, Tenn., 21 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
