Fee, 85, Former Payette Man Expires In Boise James F. Fee, 85, Wendell, Payette resident from 1920 until 1943 died Saturday, Feb. 21 in Boise. Mr. Fee moved from Payette to Wendell. He was born Dec. 22, 1867 at Knoxville, Iowa and attended Knoxville schools before going to Iowa Agricultural college at Ames, Iowa. In April, 1894 he married Miss Cora B. Workman. The couple operated a fruit ranch in Payette. Mrs. Fee was a north Payette correspondent for the Independent-Enterprise for many years. She died Aug. 4, 1947. Mr. Fee was member of the Methodist church and had been a member of the IOOF lodge since 1893. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Grace Tener, Wendell, Mrs. Pat Marmon, Boise, and Mrs. Ione White, LaGrande, Ore. He has six grandsons and one great-grandson.
