Nov. 23, 1966 D. T. Ferguson Dies at Age 80, Rites Here Services for DeWitt T. Ferguson, 80, Payette, who died Sunday in a Payette nursing home, were conducted today (Wednesday) at the Memory Gardens chapel in Medford, Ore., by the Rev. Jean Shelley. Entombment followed in the Memory Gardens Mausoleum. Arrangements were made by the Chapel of the Roses in Payette. Mr. Ferguson was born September 6, 1886, in Lamar, Mo. He married Lillian Slack August 6,1925, in Taylor, Texas, and moved to Payette in 1962. He was a retired school teacher, a veteran of World War 1, a member of the First Christian church in Payette, a member of the Masonic lodge in Castle Rock, AF & AM 62 and a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Consistory of Medford. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lillian Ferguson of Payette.
