Funeral Held Thursday For Mrs. J. J. Fincher
 
Funeral services for Mrs. J. J. Fincher were held last Thursday afternoon from 
the Landon Undertaking parlors, Rev. J. S. Curtis officiating.
 
Mrs. Viola E. Lowery was born December 10, 1888, near Star, Idaho and lived in 
that vicinity until 1902 when she married James J. Fincher.  After her 
marriage she came to Payette and has lived in this neighborhood since that 
time.  Six children were born to Mr. and Mrs. Fincher, William Fincher of 
Newbery, Ore.; Beulah Pauline Fincher of Sherwood, Ore.; Mrs. Ida Lauber of 
San Francisco, Calif.; Mrs. Edna Allen of San Francisco; Mrs. Mildred 
Tenebaugh and Betty Fincher, both of Payette.  Mrs. Fincher is also survived 
by her mother, three sisters and one brother.
 
Mrs. Fincher passed away January 31st at the age of forty-five years, one 
month and twenty-one days.
