Fithian Services In New Plymouth
 
George Estes Fithian, 83, New Plymouth, died in an Ontario hospital Friday 
morning.
 
Mr. Fithian was born July 3, 1874 at Sterling, Nebr., and came to Nampa in 
1937? where he resided until moving to New Plymouth two years ago.  He was 
married to Minnie Black on Feb. 27, 1898, at Plum Grove, Nebr.
 
He is survived by his wife, one son, Earl Fithian of Nampa; three daughters, 
Mrs. Flora Naylor and Mrs. Mildred Jennings, both of New Plymouth and Mrs. Ida 
Bullen, Parma; one brother, Marion Fithian, Chicago, Ill; 17 grandchildren and 
six great grandchildren.
 
Services were held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at Shaffer Memory Chapel with the Rev. 
Earl Kaurin officiating.  Interment was at Park View in New Plymouth under the 
direction of Shaffer's New Plymouth chapel.
