Interment will follow at Rosedale Memorial Gardens in Payette under direction of Chapel of the Roses, Payette. Mr. Frandsen was born Nov. 21, 1911 at Cove, Utah. He married Edith Hawkins on Aug. 21, 1945 at Salt Lake City, Utah. They moved to Payette in 1976 coming from Letha, Idaho. He was a member of the LDS Church. Survivors include his wife Edith of Payette; five sons, Wayne Frandsen of Twin Falls, Idaho; Wendell Frandsen of Riverside, Calif.; Larry Frandsen of Payette; Barry T. Frandsen of Nampa, and Kevin Frandsen of Boise; four daughters, Mrs. Ervin (Julianne) Parrish of Payette; Mrs. Ray (Nada) Harrison of Port Orchard, Wash.; Mrs. Richard (Connie) Perrigo of Emmett; Mrs. Larry (Laurel) Everhart of Payette; four brothers, Charles Frandson of Cerritos, Calif.; DeVerl Frandson of Franklin, Idaho; Neldon Frandsen of West Jordan, Utah, and Robert Frandsen of Louisville, Kt.; seven sisters, Mrs. Bill (Donna) Robin of Ontario, Calif.; Mrs. Charles (Val) Porter, Cherry Valley, Calif.; Mrs. Leonard (Lorraine) Tovey of Clifton, Idaho; Mrs. Dick (Elaine) Ellison of Ft. Hall, Idaho; Mrs. Bernice Olsen, Logan, Utah; Mrs. Evalou Leslie, Willard, Utah, and Mrs. Mardell Ditterman, Tremonton, Utah; 30 grandchildren, and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by two brothers, one sister and two grandchildren. Friends may call Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Payette Chapel of the Roses.
