Funeral services were held at the Baptist church this Thursday morning at 10:30 Rev. Paul Felthouse officiated. Pallbearers were Mervyn Lunstrum, W. N. Rowberry, Carl Swanson, William Poirier, E. C. Fisk and L. W. Brainard. Burial was at Rosedale. Ethel Louise was born December 25, 1917, in Basin, Wyoming and moved to Payette when six years of age. She attended school in Fruitland and Payette, graduating from the local high school in 1936. She graduated from the Boise Business university and was employed at the Idaho Power office until ill health would no longer permit. She was a member of the Payette Baptist church and the Business and Professional Women’s club. Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Lulu Frazier, a sister, Rosalie of Pocatello; a brother, Sgt. James Frazier of Fort Ord, California, and her grandmother, Mrs. Rebecca Mahoney of Payette. Her father, John Frazier, died in April of 1940.
