FULTON George R. Fulton was born in Ohio, August 18th, 1922(see note below), and died at his home in Payette, December 7th, 1922. He moved to Illinois when a young man, he was married to Eliza Woodcock, July 21st, 1861. In 186? he moved to Kansas, where he acquired a large tract of land which he still owned at the time of his death. He left the farm in 1900 moving at that time to Beatrice, Nebr., and in 1902 moved to Payette and during his 19 years of residence here made many warm friends through fair dealings and friendly ways. His wife preceeded him in death in 1917, and his oldest daughter, who remained with him at home, passed away in 1921. His is survived by one son, Charles S. Fulton, and one daughter, Mrs. E. H. Brubaker, both of this city. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grand-daughter. His remains left Payette Saturday morning, accompanied by his son Charles, and son-in-law E. H. Brubaker for interment beside his wife and daughter in the family lot at Marysville, Kansas. Additional Comments: Note: His birth date in the obit is listed as 1922 which we know is not correct.
