Gardner’s Body Found In River

The body of Delbert Gardner, 23, who leaped off the Ontario Snake river bridge 
in a successful suicide attempt about two weeks ago was found floating in the 
river on the Oregon Side opposite the Riverside cemetery Wednesday night, it 
was reported by Sheriff Ray Stevens.  

The remains were taken in charge by Oregon authorities for return to the 
deceased’s home at Nyssa.
