Frank B. Gowie Dies Sunday

Funeral services for Frank Barton Gowie, 59, who die Sunday at his home in 
Payette, were conducted Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Shaffer-Jensen Memory 
Chapel. The Masonic Lodge will be in charge of the interment at Riverside.

Mr. Gowie was born November 5, 1891, in Pasadena, Calif., and came to Payette 
about a year ago from Scotts Mills, Oregon.

He was a veteran of World War 1, a member of the Masonic Lodge, and the order 
of the Eastern Star. 

Mr. Gowie was manager of the Bancroft Hotel in Payette at the time of his 
death. Survivors include his wife, Alice (Hall) of Payette.
