Herbert Lilly officiating. Interment was at Riverside with the Payette lodge, IOOF, conducting graveside rites. Mr. Hagemann was born March 9, 1891, in Hanover, Germany, and came to the U.S. in May of 1899. He came to Payette in 1904 from Manning, Iowa, and was married to Mary Asmussen on Jan. 2, 1907. In addition to being a member of the Payette lodge, IOOF, he was a member of the Lutheran church. Surviving are a brother, Carl Hagemann of Correctionville, Iowa; three sisters, Mrs. Minna Jansen of Winner, S.D., Mrs. Augusta Hansen of Wayne, Nebr., and Mrs. Sophie Ewert of Pierson, Iowa, and three grandchildren and one great-grand daughter. He was preceeed in death by his wife, two daughters, a sister and a brother.
