Hallmen, 75, of New Plymouth, who died Sunday in a Caldwell hospital, will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the New Plymouth Seventh- day Adventist Church, with Elder Harold Gray in charge. The Relyea Chapel will direct interment. Mr. Hallmen was born in Transylvania, Hungary, Dec. 17, 1887 and came to the United States in 1906. He was married in Payette, Dec. 29, 1916 to Elizabeth Jane Justice. She died in 1920. He was married to Josalina Major, Sept. 27, 1927. She died in 1961. Mr. Hallmen farmed for many years in New Plymouth, retiring in 1956. He is survived by two sons, John of Baltimore and Raymond with the U. S. Air Force in Bermuda; two step-daughters, Mrs. Lorena Vestel of Caldwell and Mrs. Anna Olsen of New Plymouth; one step-son, Alton Major in Pendleton, Oregon; one brother, Martin and a sister, Anna, both in Hungary; 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
