Word was received that Mrs. Ellis Hartley passed away at her home at Council, 
from pneumonia following the flu. The kindest of sympathy from a host of 
friends goes out to Ellis Hartley and the children in this their sad hour. 
There are three little ones left with the father and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. 
Hanson and brother and sister at Council.

Additional Comments:
Note: Martha E. "Mattie" Hanson Hartley was born 6-6-1890 and died 1-14-1919. 
She is buried at the IOOF Cemetery, Council, Idaho. ch
