In 1876 she was married to Mike Kosesan, who preceded her in death about 3 months. To this union eight children were born, six dying in infancy. The two children left to mourn the loss of their mother are Mrs. Lawrence Specht and Nick Kosesan, both of North Payette. She also leaves seven grand-children and one great-grandchild. In 1906 she, with her husband and children came to the United States, going to Chicago, where they resided for one year. They then went to Alabama, where they lived until 1917 when they went back to Chicago for a few months coming to Idaho in the same year, where they have resided ever since. Mrs. Kosesan was baptized in the Catholic church when she was a child and has remained a member of the church ever since. Grandma, as she was known by everyone was a kind neighbor and friend and will be sadly missed in the neighborhood as well as at home. The sympathy of the entire community goes out to the bereaved family. The funeral services were held at the home at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon, conducted by Father Ryan, of Weiser.
