Few of his family or acquaintances knew of his having heart trouble. Alvin Jackson was born June 14, 1911, in Payette and was married to Mary Motley eight years ago in this city. He attended and graduated from the Payette schools. He is survived by his wife, Mary, of Payette, one brother, Leland, of Payette; three sisters, Mrs. Opal Hewitt, Bakersfield, Calif., Mrs. Osee Stottler, of Payette and Mrs. Ruth Cahill, of Portland. Funeral services were held Saturday morning at 10 o’clock at the Shaffer Memory chapel in Payette with Rev. Bert Iddis officiating. Interment was at Riverside cemetery.
