Joslin Passes At Payette Services for Bedna Marion Joslin, 74, of Payette, who died at his home early Monday morning were held today (Thursday) at 1:30 p. m. at the Shaffer chapel. The Rev. Fred Hornshuh and the Rev. A. E. Rainwater officiated and interment was held at Salubria in Cambridge. Joslin was born Sept. 3, 1884, at Eureka Springs, Ark., and came to Fruitland from Portland seven years ago. After living in Fruitland for four years, he moved to Payette where he had lived for the past three years. He married Zanthe Dowell on June 12, 1927, at Eureka, Calif. Mr. Joslin was a member of the Open Bible church of Portland. In addition to his wife of Payette he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Lucille McIntosh of Berkeley, Calif., and Mrs. Stella Cussins of El Gerrito, Calif., a stepson, W. D. Moore, of Eugene, Oregon; four brothers, H. L. Joslin of Weiser, R. H. Joslin of Boise, W. A. Joslin of Homedale, and O. B. Joslin of Vancouver, Wash; three sisters, Mrs. Daisy Frasier of Oliverhurst, Calif., Mrs. Charles Howland of Weiser and Mrs. Harry Baker of Portland; and eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
