John Jacob Lakey Succumbs Tuesday
 
John Jacob Lakey, 92, of Payette, passed away at the Carter Nursing Home 
Tuesday.
 
Funeral service arrangements by the Shaffer Memory chapel are pending.
 
Mr. Lakey had resided in Payette for the past five years and had been a 
resident of Idaho since 1926.  He was born at Bear Valley, Oregon on July 4, 
1858.  Survivors are two nephews, Harvey a. Lakey and John Lakey, both of 
Durkee, Oregon.
 
Note:  Internment at Riverside Cemetery, Payette. According to the Idaho Death 
Index his birth date is 7-4-1862 and death 2-28-1950. ch
