HARVEY B. LARSON
ONTARIO-Services for Harvey Brigham Larson, 84, Ontario, who died Sunday at a 
Payette nursing home, were conducted at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Ontario 1st Ward 
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by Bishop Paul Hart.  Interment was 
in Rosedale Memorial Gardens, Payette, under the direction of the Ontario 
Chapel of the Roses. 

He was born may 10, 1893, at Logan, Utah.  He moved from Baker, Ore., to 
Ontario 28 years ago.  He married Charlotte “Almyra” Whiting Nov. 8, 1912, at 
La Grande; the marriage was solemnized in the Logan Temple in 1913.  She died 
Oct. 7, 1977.  He was a retired lumberman.  He was a member of the LDS Church 
and the High Priest Quorum.  

Surviving are two sons, Keith of Baker and Kenneth Larson of Las Vegas, Nev.; 
three daughters, Mrs. Al (Norma) Witt of Lake Oswego, Ore., Mrs. Russell 
(Wilma) Hyatt of Fruitland, and Mrs. Derald (Joan) Yeakley of Payette; a 
brother, Frank Larson of Sacramento, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Radford 
(Mable) Wagstaff of Salt Lake City, Mrs. Elva Breen of Logan, and Mrs. Dora 
Hyvarinen of Babbitt, Minn.; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
