Services Held Here For Jessie Lemmon
 
Mrs. Jessie Lemmon, 79, died recently at Portland, where she had moved for 
Fruitland.  She lived in the Idaho community from 1910 until leaving for 
Portland.
 
Mrs. Lemmon was born July 6, 1874 in Dallas county, Iowa.  She moved to 
Fruitland from Colorado.
 
Funeral services were held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the Shaffer Memory chapel 
in Payette with the Rev. Arthur Baldwin Officiating.  Interment was in 
Riverside cemetery in Payette.
 
Mrs. Lemmon is survived by one son, Verg Lemmon of Portland, four brothers, 
Aldelbert Clayton of Fruitland, Harry Clayton of Colorado, Beach Clayton of 
California and Leo Clayton of Rockaway, Ore.; one sister, Mrs. Clara Granlee 
of California and three grandchildren.
