SHIRLEY LONGACRE
 
PAYETTE - Services for Shirley Longacre, 58, Payette, who died of natural 
causes Thursday in an Ontario hospital were conducted Monday at the Payette 
Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, by Bishop Chad Clark, 
Fruitland Ward.  Interment was in Park View Cemetery, New Plymouth, under the 
direction of the Shaffer-Jensen Chapel, Payette.
 
She was born May 5, 1919 at Bear Creek and was reared and educated in Irwin.  
She married Harold Russell Longacre, Feb. 14, 1927, in Idaho Falls.  They 
lived in Stibnite until 1958 when they moved to New Plymouth.  They moved to 
Payette last year.
 
She was a member of the Fruitland Ward, LDS Church.
 
Surviving are her husband, Payette; two sons, Gary, Rigby, and Terry, Idaho 
Falls; four daughters, Mrs. Don (Sandra) Warden, Payette, Mrs. Norman 
(Virginia) Wells, Nampa, Mrs. Martin (Georgia) Youngberg, New Plymouth, and 
Mrs. Don (Donna) Coffman, Caldwell; two brothers, Fred and Conroy Adams, both 
Idaho Falls; seven sisters, Mrs. Nita Beasley, Mrs. Elmina Grant and Mrs. 
Helen Myers, all Idaho Falls, Mrs. Rita Pinney, Casper, Wyo., Mrs. Renee 
Pietila, Oregon City, Ore., Mrs. Lucetta Jacobson, Jackson, Wyo., and Mrs. 
Billie Morgan, Emmett; 25 grandchildren, a great-great-grandchild and numerous 
nieces and nephews.
