Community Concert President Dies Sun. In Ontario Hospital
 
Funeral services were conducted yesterday for Lynn Ralph MacLachlan, president 
of the local Community concert association, who died Sunday morning.  Mr. 
MacLachlan was stricken Saturday evening while visiting at the Payette home of 
Charles Johnston.
 
He had been president of the concert group since it was founded and he was 
also a charter member of the Malheur County Knife and Fork club.  Mr. 
MacLachlan lived in Ontario during the past eight years.
 
His other interests included the Malheur County Welfare commission, the Farm 
Home administration, the Ontario projects committee, the Ontario Kiwanis club, 
Toastmasters club and the American Legion.
 
Survivors include his widow, two daughters and two grandchildren.  Funeral 
services were held in Ontario.
