Services For Sarah E. May, 83, Monday At Shaffer Chapel
 
Ffinal rites were performed Monday in the Shaffer Memory chapel for Mrs. Sarah 
E. May, 83, who died Thursday night in her home in Payette.  Services were 
officiated by Rev. Stanley Andrews and interment followed in the Riverside 
cemetery.
 
Mrs. May was born May 1, 1869, at Time, Ill.  She moved to the Payette area 
from Pike county, Ill., in 1920, and had made her home here since.  She was a 
member of the Methodist church in Illinois.  Her husband, William May, died 
July 21, 1951.
 
Surviving are one son, John May of Payette; two daughters, Mrs. H. C. 
Killebrew of Payette, and Mrs. C. C. Grace of the Oregon Slope community; one 
brother , P. A. Faris of Ogden, Utah; eight grandchildren and three great-
grandchildren.
