Moore PAYETTE -- Services for Henry Monroe Moore, 80, who died Saturday at Holy Rosary Hospital were conducted at 3 p. m. Tuesday at the Church of the Nazarene in Payette by Pastor Weber Mc(unreadable). Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery under the direction of the Shaffer Jensen Memory chapel. He was born March 5, 1896 at (unreadable), Tx. He moved with his family at an early age to Ohio where they farmed. He married Lola Gray, Sept. 1, 1915. She died in 1959. He came to Ontario in 191? where he worked as a teamster. In 19?? he moved to Idaho and farmed in the Parma and Payette areas until retiring in 1964. He married Alma Champion, June 19, 1960 at Fruitland. He was a member of the church of the Nazarene in Payette and the Payette County Senior Citizens. He is survived by his wife, Payette; three daughters, Mrs. Lewis (Velma) Bean, Ontario, Mrs. Leon (Doris) Cable, Vancouver, Wash. and Mrs. Imogene Johnson of Payette; a stepson, Bryon Champion, a step daughter, Mrs. Frank McDonald, both of Payette; 1? grandchildren, seven step grandchildren and 1? great grandchildren, and 1? step great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son Kenneth in April, 19?? and an infant son. The family suggests memorials to the church, the Youth Ranch at Rupert or flowers may be sent.
