WILLIAM A. MOSS
SAN MATEO, Calif.
Services for William A. Moss, 82, Alameda, U. S. Army Retired, who died Monday 
in San Mateo were held Wednesday at the Episcopal Church of St. Mathews in San 
Mateo with interment following at Mountain View Cemetery, Fresno, Calif.  

He was born in Payette in 1894 to the Hon Albert B. Moss and Celia Mellor 
Moss.  He attended Washington State College where he was a member of Kappa 
Sigma Fraternity.  He was an executive with Clorox Company for 31 years. He was 
a member of the Episcopal Church, Sequoia Lodge No. 349 and F & A Masons of 
California.

Survivors are his wife, Doris Hudson Moss, two daughters, Marion Moss 
Richardson, San Mateo and Sylvia Moss Brown, Burlingame, Calif.; a brother, 
Frederick M. Moss, Palm Springs and Payette; and two grandchildren, Frederick 
Pierce Richardson Jr., San Francisco and Sylvia Moss Brown, Washington, D. C.
