Neal, familiarly known as “Bud” passed away at the home of his sister, Mrs. Grover, six miles east of town on Sunday night at the age of 72 years. Mr. Neal was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas and led a very busy and active life. He has been a prominent figure in this section of the state for many years. His body was laid to rest beside his two daughters in the Kennedy cemetery on Tuesday of this week, and the world was made better by his life. The funeral was conducted by William Lickey.
