Mrs. D. M. Nichols, daughter of Mrs. M. E. Sewings of this city, an account of 
whose long and mysterious sleep was published two weeks ago, died in a 
sanitarium at Portland on Sunday night, April 22d. Her trouble proved to have 
been hemmorhage of the brain.  Mrs. Nichols had many friends in this valley 
when she resided on the Payette river some years ago.
