Fatal Accident

Thomas O'Malley an old and trusted employee of the Boise Payette Lumber 
Company who was foreman at Camp A was crushed and fataly injured by the 
falling of a derrick boom about five o'clock, Friday afternoon and died of his 
injuries soon after reaching the Boise Hospital.  It was found that in the 
accident both hips were broken.  Deceased leaves a family. -- Cascade News

Note:  According to the Idaho Death Index, Thomas J. O'Malley was born 3-20-
1860 and died 10-8-1917.  ch
