William Walker PEUTZ

Services for William Walter Peutz, 59, resident of Payette, who died last 
Tuesday at an Ontario hospital, were conducted Friday at 1 p.m., at the Shaffer-
Jensen Memory Chapel in Payette by the Rev. Jack Anderson of the First Baptist 
church.  Interment followed at Riverside.  

He was born December 7, 1909 at Payette.  He grew up and attended schools in 
Payette.  He lived all of his life in Payette and farmed until ill health 
forced him to retire.  He married Elizabeth Martha Cox at Vale on February 3, 
1933.

He was a member of the First Baptist church in Payette. 

Survivors in addition to his wife include two sons, William of Corvallis, Ore., 
and Thomas of Fruitland; a daughter, Mrs. Billy (Elaine) Boatright of San 
Diego, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Emma Kent of Payette and Mrs. Ann E. 
Knickerbocker of San Carlos, Calif.; and seven grandchildren.

Family suggests memorials to the University of Oregon medical school at 
Portland, favorite charity or flowers may be sent.
