George Phipps, grandson of Mrs. W. Steward died at Ontario last week.  Mr. and 
Mrs. Steward were with him during his last days.  Mr. Phipps was a fine young 
man taken in the prime of life.  He showed remarkable courage and fortitude 
during his long illness. About a year ago a tree fell on his foot causing an 
injury that later cost him the loss of a limb.  In spite of medical and 
surgical skill he passed away at the Holy Rosary Hospital last week.
