Oscar Quickert

Graveside services for Oscar Quickert, 79, a former resident of Payette who 
died Wednesday at Durango, Colo were conducted 2 p.m. Monday at Riverside 
cemetery in Payette, by Pastor Harry H. Spaude of the Ontario Pilgrim Luthern 
Church. Services were under the direction of the Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel 
of Payette.
Mr. Quickert was born Aug. 23, 1890 at Sylvan Grove, Kan. He was reared in 
Kan., and came to Payette for a short time, before moving to Mancos, Colo. 
where he farmed for many years.
Survivors include a niece, Mrs. Rhoda Anderson of Ashland, Ore.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth White in Payette, during 1958.
