George Arthur Reed, the little 3-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Reed, 
died Saturday morning from complications of measles and pneumonia. The funeral 
services were held at the home on Broad street Sunday afternoon at 2:30 
o'clock by Rev. W. E. Bobbitt of the Christian church. From there the body was 
conducted to Riverside cemetery where it was tenderly laid away in its last 
resting place.

Mr. and Mrs. Reed wish to extend their heartfelt thanks to their many friends 
and neighbors who so kindly sympathized with and helped them during the 
sickness and death of their little son.
