ETHEL LOUISE RICH

Ethell Louise Smoot Rich was born Oct. 7, 1910 at Provo, Utah and passed away 
May 25, 1940 at a Payette hospital at the age of 29 years.  She has made her 
home in Payette for the past nine and one-half years, since her marriage on 
Oct. 7, 1930 to Donald Wayne Rich at Caldwell.  She is survived by her husband, 
two sons and three daughters, Donald Wayne, Jr., David Alfred, Lois Marie, 
Patsy Lee, Esther Louise, her own father, Wilford Smoot of Provo, Utah, her 
mother and step-father, Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Young of Homedale, one sister, Mrs. 
Donna Gardiner of Huston.  Also five half sisters and four half-brothers, Mrs. 
Catherine Buller, Mrs. Marie Buller, both of Huston, Mrs. Margaret Branen of 
Wilder, Mary, Maxine, William, John Irvine, and Joe Young, all of Homedale,  
Also an aged grandfather, A. C. Young of Homedale.  The funeral was conducted 
under the supervision of the Peterson-Foster Funeral home.
