He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Riggins, who moved here about two weeks ago from Prairie City, Oregon. Mr. Riggins having opened the Fruitland blacksmith shop. The funeral was held in the Baptist church, Tuesday afternoon, at 2 o'clock and interment made in Riverside cemetery. The bereaved parents have the heartfelt sympathy of the entire community.
