For Leo Sherer Services for Leo Sherer, 75, of Boise who died Tuesday at a Boise Hospital, after a brief illness, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Summers chapel. The Rev. William Pinkerton will officiate and interment will be in Cloverdale. Mr. Sherer was born at Aurora, Nebr. Jan. 11, 1884, and was married at Grand Island, Nebr. Sept. 15, 1908 to Nellie J. Mosser. They moved to Payette in 1920 where he was a cement contractor until his retirement in 1956. They moved to Boise that year. He was a member of the Presbyterian church and Washoe Lodge No. 20 AF & AM. In addition to his wife he is survived by two sons, Ralph L. Sherer of Salinas, Calif. and John J. Sherer of Boise; a daughter, Mrs. Howard M. Wellington of Boise; two brothers, Glen D. Sherer of Yucaipa, Calif., and Sam Sherer of Payette; three sisters, Mary M. Hammond of Palo Alto, Calif. and Mrs. Ray Decker and Mrs. Jim Frazier, both of Payette; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
