FUNERAL OF JOHN SHORT
 
Services Largely Attended at St. Johns Catholic Church
 
The funeral of John Short, whose death occurred in Payette last Saturday, was 
held in this city yesterday morning.  The services were conducted at St. Johns 
Catholic church at 9 o'clock in the presence of a large assemblage.  The 
sermon was delivered by Father Frohn and the usual high mass was sung by the 
choir.
 
The pall bearers were John M. McGlinchey, W. A. Conghanour, Captain Henry 
Ervin, John J. Toole, Peter Pence, P. D. Devers and William Wall, all of 
Payette, and Edward Brannan of Boise.
 
The remains were interred in Morris Hill cemetery.
