Services Held Wed. For George Simmons

Services for George Simmons, 55, New Plymouth, who died at his home Saturday, 
were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Shaffer chapel in New Plymouth.  
Interment was at Park View Cemetery.

Mr. Simmons was born May 14, 1904, at Fort Collins, Colo.  He was married there 
in 1924 to Sara Kreiter.  They moved to New Plymouth from Wheatland, Wyo., 24 
years ago. 

Survivors in addition to his wife of New Plymouth, include six daughters, Mrs. 
Mildred Corcom, Willowcreek, Oregon, Mrs. Betty Funk, Mrs. Pearl Derrick, and 
Mrs. Barbara Rush, all of New Plymouth, and Dorothy Hilton, Tulelake, Calif., 
and Mrs. Ethel Codr, Ontario; one sisters, Mrs. Mary Wilson, Wheatland; six 
brothers, Ben of Denver, Abe and Jake of Letha, Ike of Nyssa, John of Gering, 
Nebr. and 18 grandchildren.
